      Christus takes care of Leadership - lower than leadership employees get the shaft..

      Pros

      I had the experience of both Associate and Leadership role with Christus. In my experience, Christus takes care of their leadership and will provide opportunities for training to hone their skills for improvement. I say all that to also say that in my case, they did not pay me for what all I was worth and what was asked of me. They kept piling up the workload with no raise/little to no recognition. Benefits are decent; PTO package and such.

      Cons

      Raises are a joke. Will not compensate when loading you up with new responsibilities and expect you to complete this new workload with no overtime - OT was shunned upon.

      Pros

      The team members were always willing to help, teach, and provide any needed support.

      Cons

      The management was really out of touch with the needs of the everyday team. Raises were pretty much non-existent giving the rate of inflation in comparison to the yearly "raise". Team's voices were pretty much never heard and sometimes downright ignored when things did not go the way upper management wanted.

      Shove Catholic teachings into everyones face while the CEO is the highest paid Non profit CEO in the nation. No family planning benefits while they simultaneously funnel money from their health plan to pay for marketplace family planning as required by law. Too many leaders not taking any responsibility for the issues they have. No raises, no bonuses with the exception of management. Its all about the fancy buildings
