      Faith-based hospital Great teamwork

      Cons

      Terrible nurse-to-patient staffing ratios. Upper Management did not value employees. Emphasis was placed on saving money, rather than patient safety and having enough staff. Resource/agency positions were eliminated, further contributing to a lack of available staffing. The unit clerk position was eliminated. There were never enough CNAs, due to upper management. On a 28 bed unit with many total care patients, there was usually only 1 CNA, even if a 2nd volunteered. No free charge position- charge nurses usually take a full load.

      the hospital is close to where I live which is nice. but once they make up their mind about you there's nothing you can to to change it. I've never seen an OR like this and what goes on there.

      Cons

      favoritism, upper management does not listen to you and what you have to say at all. other employees are allowed to say anything against you and they believe it. employees are allowed to cuss you and get away with it!

      Good front line staff who are committed to patient care.

      Cons

      Terrible management and senior management is worse and are inexperienced and have run the place into the ground. Extensive favoritism, nepotism and chronysm has left the place backward and twisted. People come to work to play politics. Management bring personal issues to work and sleep around with each other. HR department broken and unhelpful. Patient care equipment outdated and clinical practice outdated
