      Pros

      Great morals and vision from the company; great team morale and people are so nice and supportive. I learned so much and felt very welcomed

      Cons

      Low salary and low bonuses; The company is midsize so it is very hard to move up in the company. Also HR can be a bit disorganized but once you are in, they care about you time at CHRISTUS.

      Pros

      Competitive pay; rather new facility; 17 OR; ER; no ICU; access convenient to most parts of city; most co-workers competent and good.

      Cons

      Lack of support! Pharmacy was promised a Clean Room from before my hire. 16 months later, no clean room. Decision to merge with a sister facility resulted in return to manual billing when it could have been avoided. Not willing to outsource. Both presented avoidable liability to license. Not good.

      Great people at the facility and system director levels. Invested in advanced marketing tools and offered training at the facility levels. Good leadership development program.

      Cons

      Politics abounds. Could use with more resource to assist facilities with installation and integration of advanced tools at local levels.
