      There were a lot of programs and stretch assignments for me to grow professionally.

      Cons

      However, I was so task saturated that I didn't have time to get the most out of them.

      Pay ok. Pay is decent. Insurance premiums are horrible. Employees have no voice!

      Cons

      Don't care about unsafe patient environment. The will put you in unsafe conditions and expect the impossible. No lunch breaks. Short-staffed is an understatement!
