      Pros

      CHRISTUS is a fairly stable organization. They are growing, so I think most jobs are pretty safe.

      Cons

      If an overtly faith based organization, specifically Christian, troubles you, this would not be a good fit.

      Nothing good can say about it

      Cons

      Managers are very unfair on their hiring system. They never review the experience and background very good. They just hire someone who they knew from their past employment. The new person did not have much experience at all and became the lead. They never care on their employees' feeling.
