Pros
New building. Laid back with fellow coworkers- some not all.
Cons
Lack of focus and no real Project Management being done here. Most folks are in an illusionary world and reality does not exist here. Deadlines are constantly posptponed and a lot of butt kissing needed to get promoted. Always a fear monging environmet, where hard working folks are looked down on.
