      Pros

      My team is very diverse and there are many opportunities to grow. Leadership is very transparent about where the profits go. I have been nurtured and encouraged during the past 2 years.

      Cons

      Benefits are a bit more expensive if you have dependents. My boss has changed 4 times in the last two years and having to report to multiple bosses in a matrix structure can be frustrating. Pay is not great as an associate, but I have heard it is much better in leadership roles.
