      Paying for a new building and sacrificing patient care and employees

      Pros

      a paycheck until can find a better place to work outside the network.

      Cons

      Value the newly graduated and undermine anyone else. Become so focused on money while building a new building, not giving raises to employees and laying off people under the table while having just hired less expensive, inexperienced labor.

      Pros

      Our doctors are the best of the best. They are incredibly approachable and listen to us when we tell them what's going on with their patients. Good Shepherd feels like a family.

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed. Lots of our equipment needs to be updated. I would love it if we would upgrade to a level 1 or 2 trauma center. We were bumped down to level 3 about a year ago and lots of traumas fly over us to Tyler
