They take over and then lay off, everything is about money. They did not care about the patients, patient safety, or employees. It is about how many people they can shove through the system to collect the most money in the shortest amount of time. Nip chances of raises, you will be lucky to keep your job. They even bring in nuns and the priest to lay people off so they don't cause a scene.

Terrible management and senior management is worse and are inexperienced and have run the place into the ground. Extensive favoritism, nepotism and chronysm has left the place backward and twisted. People come to work to play politics. Management bring personal issues to work and sleep around with each other. HR department broken and unhelpful. Patient care equipment outdated and clinical practice outdated
