They have you wear a certain color scrub based on your job title but it's really a way for you to be discriminated against, belittled, and looked down upon. Administrators, co-workers, and some patients treat you differently if you're a caretaker and not wearing blue scrubs (RN) colors. Oh and if you are a housekeeper or wear gray scrubs (gray is assumed to be Transporters but is also Cancer Treatment Center's scrub colors). The Cancer Treatment Center has the worst management team and they are very racist and disrespectful to "certain" employees. It's so obvious that the patients even notice the discrimination and former employees as well as current employees have reported this but nothing is being done.

Equipment is always broken. Management is never present and bias at times. Communication between night and day shift is non existant. Employees are rarely given raises. Employees are given multiple tasks to do which take away from patient care and then disciplined when there are poor patient satisfaction ratings.
