      Pros

      CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier is a great place to work. The senior leadership team is wonderful. The associates work together well and really live the mission to extend the healing ministry of Jeus Christ. Hospital was rated #4 in the state by US News & World Report for 2016.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the corporate structure that takes away local authority.

      Pros

      I've only been here 3 months. So far I am learning alot, and gaining experience on things I hadn't learned before.

      Cons

      Talking to nurses from other hospitals in the immediate area, the salary appears to be slightly lower. It's definitely not as high as the DFW area, a huge drop!
