Allotted PTO is now given to you up front vs. having to accrue it over time 5. Staff in the building is very friendly 6. Opportunities for advancement are present and welcomed 7. The company promotes from within which helps keep staffing and individuals with collaborative ideas 8. The discounted perks are awesome
Cons
1. We are out of space. Due to the continuous growth of the company, unfortunately we are outgrowing the building faster than expected 2. Medical premiums to cover family is very expensive depending on the plan you choose 3. Tuition reimbursement for full time is $2,500/$1,250 for part time. I’ve seen higher than that at other companies I’ve worked for. 4. The supplied laptops for salaried workers are outdated
