      Flexibility with work schedules; advanced technology and equipment is available. Ability to attend weekly spiritual services. Free workout facility available to staff.

      Poor communication throughout organization. Favoritism; Hard workers pull majority of work load. Non effective office layouts. Employee on-boarding process could be improved. Not enough training available.
