Pros
Excellent for new graduates. Great for those whose faith is extremely important to them. Overall attitudes of Associates are very positive.
Cons
Organization entirely too focused on "One CHRISTUS". Absolute, staunch, unabiding refusal to allow teleworking / telecommuting due to flawed previous attempts. Expectations of senior management creates churn. Stodgy, antiquated, bizarre technology strategy. Incredible waste of large sums of money on in-house technology solutions. Massive lack of understanding of space needs in the corporate office. Zero centralized travel planning resources; expense reimbursement can be a nightmare.
