      My experience w/ Christus has not been a good one,. They are very unorganized.

      Pros

      Faith based, nice, updated facility. I really like my co-workers.. And having an in house clinic available for employees & there families.

      Cons

      They do not train there staff, you are left on your own but yet held.responsible if a mistake is made. However, this isn't the fcase for everyone. Often overworked with out any acknowledgment. Under paid and not enough communication.
