      Pros

      They care about their employees, great Christ centered environment. The pay is competitive and higher than most nursing jobs in Shreveport.

      Cons

      Staffing could be a little better, and employees often end up in multiple roles. Personally I like this but some employees do not.

      Pros

      Great direct boss within my department that takes time to mold and educate his associates. Challenging and important work in an ever-changing industry. Transparency throughout the system office and with the regions has greatly improved, but can get better.

      Cons

      Last minute requests for data and reports have become the norm and not the exception. Continue to improve transparency.
