      Pros

      The company cared about its employees and showed appreciation. The pay was okay,I liked assisting the patients with their bills and I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      I didn't like that we had to use our vacation time when were out sick and for holiday. My manager was not fair when it came to promoting, she had favoritism and it was hard to promote out of customer service.

      benefits were ok, but nothing compared to other health systems

      Cons

      Bad leadership, lack of advancement, terrible culture, immature middle management just an overall nightmare of a place to work.

      Mission is Lip Service

      Pros

      Co-workers are good people, for the most part.

      Cons

      Senior management gives lip service to staff about the "mission" but it does not factor into managing the organization and dealing with employees. Since the new CEO took over, it's been a bean-counting operation at best and it is all about the bottom line. The old organization no longer exists. Very sad.
