      Pros

      Our doctors are the best of the best. They are incredibly approachable and listen to us when we tell them what's going on with their patients. Good Shepherd feels like a family.

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed. Lots of our equipment needs to be updated. I would love it if we would upgrade to a level 1 or 2 trauma center. We were bumped down to level 3 about a year ago and lots of traumas fly over us to Tyler

      Could be a great place for professional growth and development. Many resources available to staff and employees.

      Cons

      Upper management had big business "corporate" one size fits all mentality. Corners are cut to save money, medical professionals are spread too thin. Lots of learning opportunity within the system since merger.
