Pros
Lovely accommodations, friendly co-workers. Lot's of room for advancement as the company is growing. Good opportunity to learn different aspects of healthcare. They have a lot of events to bolster teamwork and open communications and integrity. Pay and benefits are pretty good with a lovely urgent care clinic "Free" on campus. Most coworkers are at least "trying" to make it a better place, most have been hardworking and resourceful. Though I found this to be because you often do things with little or know training by anyone who has been there longer than 2 or 3 years who may not know themselves. They seem to always be hiring, its an excellent place to get your feet wet and if you don't know hat you are doing no one will be able to tell. Get in get what you need and move on. I was here maybe 4 months got a promotion into a position I had never heard of and told "here is the manual". Good luck.
Cons
The company seems to perpetually "restructuring" though no structure is ever achieved or maintained uniformly departments seem to wok in silos, communication is stifled, Upper management is constantly insisting on integrity, team work etc. but no one is held accountable for anything. No one knows their job, and if you ask for information you often have to "find" the one person who knows everything or find it yourself getting a run around. You learn a lot but the learning is of your own effort and you may not often know you have done something wrong or right until the assignment just doesn't come back to you. It just seems like a lot of people learning something new for the first time all together. Inclusion and mentor programs seem to be a myth.
