      Unstable environment at local level -- frequent restructuring creates unsettling workplace for employees. Some managers hesitate to bring personal articles to workplace in event of unexpected layoff.

      Staff work together and strive for excellent service to patients internal and external customers

      Acuity not used . Corporate enforcement to staff available by number of patients on unit not acuity. Benefits reduced in 5 years since hired. Human resources moved and no information provided to staff of how to reach them. Human resources sends out information of changes to matched savings plan but not implemented nor informing staff. information Human Resources information inadequate for staff to look up different stock choices, not designated by stock market name or numbers
