      Pockets of excellence, mission is important for those that want mission, good pay and benefits, international company on the move

      Cons

      Human Resources one of the worst I've ever seen, CEO is uninspiring, mission and values are a secondary element of leadership's DNA, Machiavellian management style in many areas

      Pros

      I have worked at CHRISTUS Health for over 10 years, and it is a great place to work. I regularly get to interact with senior executives, and I can tell that they really care about our Associates. They invest in fun activities for us, and there are reflection rooms on every floor and a chapel on the first floor where they host a chapel service that is open to all faiths once a week. My coworkers are amazing people.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be confusion over who "owns" what or who is in charge of what. This can sometimes affect regions vs. corporate. But I think people really are motivated by the corporation's mission at the end of the day.
