      Good Pay is Not Enough

      Pros

      Compensation is competitive. CEO is a very "nice guy".

      Cons

      For a faith-based company, the hypocrisy is astonishing. There's a lack of trust. Sr Leaders are completely self-serving. Favoritism is rampant. There's no plan for transforming to Affordable Care. Weakest links: IT, Finance, HR, Mission & Strategy. Don't even mention Population Health. There's not even a baseline understanding of the true definition. No sense of urgency or excellence.

      This is the worst Company that I have worked at. The Management is horrible and cannot be trusted. HR is for managment

      Pros

      The Associates are very nice and want to do a great job. You have to use PTO for holidays which is time that you earn and if the Company closes to observe the holidays, you should not have to use your PTO to be off.

      Cons

      The Company did not think through the process of relocating from Houston. They let a lot of experience and history Associates walk out with all of the knowledge. Management makes very poor decision which signifies the lack of true experience. Healing ministry of Christ does not apply to the Associates who work there; no compassion or love for their Associates.

      Pros

      There are great caregivers and support staff trying to hold this place together with duct tape and chewing gum and honor the once important mission. They are fighting a hard battle and are not supported.

      Cons

      Corporate laid off hundreds of staff and hired less-experienced replacements under the guise of a "corporate relocation". This was nothing but a reduction in force. The replacements are like deer in the headlights. This has severely impacted the business, which severely impacts patient care. System downtime, back-end problems, systems not being updated and maintained in a timely manner, problems with regulatory updates...
