      Decisions tend to be made by committee so Agility is impacted.

      Senior Leadership is incompetent at "state level"

      Pros

      Salary, benefits and a great place to make lifelong friends. 1700 plus associates who for the most part work very, very hard.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is very top heavy and have turned the "mission" into a dictatorship. HR seems to be used as a firing squad - whatever mood dictates who keeps their jobs. Some of the administrators best friends are kept safe while doing absolutely nothing - wont even answer their phones or emails - yet continue to receive promotions.

      Pros

      Co-Workers really cared about their work and thought they were doing good work - really living "the mission" that corp mgmt kept touting.

      Cons

      No loyalty to their staff. Laying off anyone who won't relocate to Dallas area. Consolidating all in to one location and losing their most experienced staff. Won't work with anyone who can't relocate. Many long time staff are being let go.
