      There are no pros I could think of.

      Cons

      It’s basically a sink or swim environment. Top heavy. The higher ups would rather see you struggle then lead you. High turnover rate.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor leadership, expect the nurses to perform more tasks without providing any extra assistance. Employees are NOT on the top 10 list of important factors. Departments do not work together.
