      Stag employees for the most part are great, 24 hour intensivist, and use Epic

      A FEW nice people. Working 3 12’s is okay. But difficult sometimes.

      Bad training. As a trainee who had only trained 5 days, they put me as a fill in for a full time worker who called in. Needless to say, I had a very stressful day. Hardly anyone helped me. They also don’t explain things well which leads to mistakes that you are blamed for. The pay is bad. You have to do a lot work for a little money. I’ve heard sooo many people say how much they hate this place. Nurses HATE getting new patients, begs the question, “why did you become a nurse??”

      Great team and generally very pleasant culture. Leadership genuinely cares about developing culture. Employees across the organization genuinely care about the work they do!

      Benefits such as PTO and STD are reasonable but not as competitive as other organizations.
