      Nice colleagues and environment to work with.No office politics .

      ---Last minute job is routine operation. ---Lack of proper trainning , ---Poor ERP system to used to manage high mix prodution line.Everything need to check manully and update in own sheet,very poor that cannot rely on system to work. ---Left a lot of trash/backlog data in system .Very messy. ---Management focus on results rather than a good process,
