You really make a difference working at Agency and they offer a lot of benefits when it comes to home loans, health insurance, and personal leave. They offer great pay bonuses and compensation for overseas travel and language studies.

Cons

Some environments and conditions in the job make your life somewhat stressful. The annual pay is quite lower when comparing them to the private sector. However, there are great benefits.

Promotion/Advancement Location You have to make sure you get to know EVERYONE in order to get promoted it's not really based on your work or doing a good job
