Pros

You have the DCIA and DDCIA pay listed below that of senior integration officer, whatever that is. I don't know the current pay but you can be assured that it is more than other officers. I believe they are Political Level pay grades above the SIS-6 level of a handful of people like the Directorate heads, probably close to cabinet secretaries and their deputies.
