Pros

You have the DCIA and DDCIA pay listed below that of senior integration officer, whatever that is. I don't know the current pay but you can be assured that it is more than other officers. I believe they are Political Level pay grades above the SIS-6 level of a handful of people like the Directorate heads, probably close to cabinet secretaries and their deputies.

Challenging environment, very technical and significant amount or IT to be involved with. Many one of a kind type problem solving occurs daily.
