Great benefits and people who are interesting. Opportunities to travel and use your second language.

Cons

Bureaucratic maze with a language of their own. They don't see innovation and out of the box thinking as necessarily a good thing.

Pros

The Mission is outstanding. You make a real difference in the world. The pinnacle of analysis. Always new internal opportunities and something new to learn. Lots of training opportunities.

Cons

Suffers from bureaucracy. Security protocols are opaque and cumbersome. Serious lack of racial diversity which can get very arduous if you are a minority.

Pros

Good management, good pay, challenging work.

Cons

Can't take PC home so you end up spending too much time in office. Also, they wouldn't spring for a relo package and had no jobs for me in my home city. Too concentrated in DC-VA area - SHould decentralize more.
