Pros

Was very nice to get in and get clearances and feel like you were doing your duty and all of that.... Travel was nice. Meeting old timer CIA people and stories was interesting,

Cons

No real money. I trained many co-ops and half stayed in and then half went to other areas with their clarences for double their money. Getting out is the best and most lucrative. The management are people that have experience but with no people skills. LOOK OUT! Also, the culture is a one that has back stabbing with all thinking that they can do no wrong. Many do lots of drinking and have been married 4 times on average. Do not join. Just get your clearances (golden ticket) and be happy as a contractor.
