- Nice atmosphere - Decent co-workers - Work/Life Balance - The banking world is what you expect but it IS a slog and not very fulfilling.

Cons

- Too many meetings. - Again, as a bank, it is very conservative so the structure of your day is dictated alot and there is not much creativity.
