Was left alone to do the job. This is great if you want to avoid micro-managers and if you have what it takes to work independently. Lot of upward mobility.
Cons
Didn't have enough work to do, but was still expected to deliver a certain level of results. This put unnecessary pressure on me.
Stable job with good benefits, potential for internal promotions
Cons
a lot of micromanaging and obsession with having to put a number on everything. You definitely feel like just a number working for a bank and they have no problem reminding you that you're replaceable.
