- great entry level positions for students - doors open to new grads - easy job to aquire - diverse - friendly environment - supportive staff - managers are supportive and helpful in terms of growing within the company if the opportunity arises - very flexible and considerate of personal needs

Cons

- compensation can be better - lots of temporary contract workers that tend to replace CIBC employees - growth within company is very limited - raises rage between 2-3% - work may be repetitive - work environment can be stressful - more information sessions and staff meetings required to ensure all employees are aware of current issues pretaining to work
