Cons

Management can be bullies. Sometimes their direction is self motivated. Little respect for middle management. During projects no cohesive work between groups.

Ceo is amazing and has great vision

Cons

Upper management are bullies with no repercussions. Disconnect between the ceo and working level. Pockets of the organization have food leaders but most only care about themselves and don't know how to effectively coach or develop.people. Promotions are based on length of time in role vs how successful you actually are at your job.
