Pros

Not many. Can take a nice lunch with location. Much is outsource due to lack of knowledge and functionality.

Cons

IT Department is ran horribly and not based on experience. I swear the 3 or 4 leaders have mental illness (behavior and conduct issues). I've worked in an envirenmont that was so dysfunctional. This place would be good for a reality TV show.

Pros

Great coworkers Great benefits Great office

Cons

Zero direction from middle or upper management other than “we need you to own this” IT support is a nightmare. Direction of onboarded staff and organization of departments is in shambles. Absolutely no training on internal systems other than a slideshow. The entire staff that I worked with consisted of employees that had been onboarded for less than a year. Two employees left the organization right as I got hired. Critically low staff, and way to much work for a incomplete team. Upper management does not align with middle management. The technology that the organization runs on is an absolute nightmare. Do not expect any quick fixes to any problems you have with technology.
