Pros

Been with the company for 5 years. Great company to work for with lots of growth opportunity, good values. Amazing benefits and depending on the role compensation is mostly fair.

Cons

-Depending on the branch you work at. Micro Management can be a major issue. Can also run into toxic work environments where management is the source of the issue. -Unrealistic job expectations. Working overtime to complete the work that is required of you. Compensation doesn't reflect any overtime work. -You're asked to complete jobs outside of your job description due to low staffing and high turn over rates at certain branches. -New technology updates were rushed and have lots of ongoing issues. This sometimes makes daily tasks a bit of a struggle.
