Pros

Company allows horizontal and vertical moves. Productive, Fun, Supporting team, good environment to work with. My manager is an angel. Amazing hands on manager who is extremely supportive yet will give it to you straight.

Cons

This company unfortunately falls short on its ability to provide a fair equitable workplace in some instances allowing employees to carry on without proper and fair compensation for jobs taken on as temporary assignment or temporary basis.

Pros

security of a big bank. CIBC is expanding, so there are many opportunities I can move on to in the next few years.

Cons

some computer software is old. In the process of upgrading though. Saturday rotational schedule and extended business hours make schedule a little odd. However this is still much better than TD. TD opens till 8pm during the week, and 7 days a week. Not sure how TD employees manage their personal lives with a schedule like that.
