There is little recognition on the retail side of the business. Senior management is always asking for more and not compensating for the extra effort given.

good hours good locations at many places managers are usually nice to new empolyees. Upper managements are very open as well. good work life balance

Cons

pay is low not well known outside of canada wish they have more benefits for employees not many US grads here
