      I really love working here. They give you ample scope to grow, the atmosphere is very very friendly. People are very helpful and the managemengt team is out of the world :)

      Good initial trainning and support.

      Cons

      Too sales oriented, the computer system is not well designed and making the teller's work slow, easy to make mistake, and very frustrating.

      very flexible to my school schedule, allows the ability to progress through the company. a lot of banking benefits (ie lower rates, free banking services etc)

      Cons

      A lot of lower level positions. A little bit hard to progress to really higher positions due to the few positions available.
