Real big workload, slow workers, pay can be preferential for brown nosers, and lastly favoritism.

Pros

9-5 job. Great benefits. Employee profit sharing program, bonus's at year's end. Customer's are always so great. Feels good to dress up everyday and show off at work. The only way I'll refer people is the scouting bonus they give... Every employee I know that works there say they feel over worked and under appriaciated.

Cons

There can be snobby, stuck up woman. Bullies that the boss likes. Very judgemental, had a district manager that said an indian should either pick one indian or cowboy because he was wearing a cowboy hat and boots. If you make a complaint your scared to get fired.
