Growing company with enough good opportunities for those inclined to go after them. Good PTO starting from day one.

Cons

Organization is not the greatest due to previous mergers. Growing pains. Technologies are dated. PTO does not increase beyond 20 days a year unless you make it to 20+ years at the bank. Would like to see 25 days after 5 years.
