Pros
Great environment to work in everyone was helpful and collaborative. The different groups in my division worked with each other very well and there was a good feel to the office. Offered a competitive salary. Work hours were consistent.
Cons
Slightly difficult to get exposure to different departments within bank, everyone is open to talk though so you have to seek out opportunities yourself
