Pros

Pay was decent and the people were great to work with.

Cons

There were signs of impending layoffs 6 months before it happened. I got out early but heard that people were blindsided the day of.

Pros

Team, community, quality, respect, passion, honesty, and service are words that hold true meaning here. They define the daily interactions between executives, management, employees, and clients at CIC Plus. You will work hard, especially during tax season. You will also be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits. There are great people working here from the top down.

Cons

A balance should be strived for between the fast pace of work and a diligent collection of details and documentation. Ramping up here can be a bit of a whirlwind. There no vacation during holiday season. It is a demand of the business.
