Training Opportunities, Good People, Social Events

Cons

Management, Communication, Compensation, Internal growth opportunity, Strategy, Execution. Unforntant leadership made of friends rather than experienced professionals. This has lead to poor strategic execution and micromanagement.

Micromanagement at its finest. Possibly least strategic executive team in the industry.

Incredible culture of dedicated and fun loving people

Pros

A family oriented culture based on loyalty, communication, innovation and excellent client service. Hard working. fun loving people who really love working here. The president leads by example and the employees have a very high level of trust in him. Big company benefits in a small company culture.
