Pros

Good salary and entrepreneurial spirit exist at CIM group. They offer great snacks and drinks free to all employees. They have a great new building.

Cons

Management lacks experience, depth and management training. Micromanagement from the top on simple things when they should be focused on company image, the laws and employees. Employees are set up to fail to save the pet employees that can't do their job. All departments are in "Reactive mode" to latest fires-- in a maze with no clear direction.

Cim is a great place to develop and grow your career. There are many smart people and great to work with. Because everyone works hard, cim rewards their employees with amazing employee events with great food and entertainment. They really know how to throw parties! If you are looking for a place to learn and have a exposure to all faucets of the business, cim is the place for you to do just that.
