Good in the short term

Pros

Firm hires really smart, great people. You can learn a lot in any role. You interact with many departments which can lead to other roles or a better understanding of the company and the business. Just don't stay past two years. Pay is descent and raises are marginal.

Cons

The company operates like a start up trying to figure out itself out. Multiples applications are never in sync and data is very messy. Departments either don't work together or if they do can be combative to change. The reorgs are never good and lead to layoff. Reorgs are often like most firms but at CIM it never leads to a better environment.
