Great health benefits, decent pay, but you’ll work for it. Operation teams are there to help, but their time is limited. Awesome HR department.

Cons

Poor leadership skills from upper management. Lack of accountability on their part. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Their hesitation to make a decision is a roadmap to failure for the asset.
