      Pros

      Coworkers are nice. Good benefits package. Great opportunity to learn new things. Work is challenging. Management is respectful of employees.

      Cons

      Not a good opportunity for promotion. The base salary is not competitive with similar companies. Senior management does not share information

      Pros

      I thought that my time at citgo was rewarding. I worked for a wonderful family that did a wonderful job at recognizing their employees and instilling a great work ethic.

      Cons

      I wish that I had more of an opportunity to move up during my time as an employee. I also think that we should have had more training to fix problems, other than the store manager.

      Pros

      Good life/ work balance, good people( at least the most) Location is great. You are in luck if you speak Spanish , preferably originated from Venezuela . .

      Cons

      Bad bad communication , no training . Politics are a major issue . The fight between venezuela and us ... No one knows their responsibilities ,even the job titles are funky .
