Diversified employment company. Professional staff.

Cons

The only shareholder is a socialist dictatorship so political whims are an issue by it and the U.S. The company a few times over the last decade has had severe cash flow issues and can be under possible liquidation threats at times.

Great medical, dental, vision, benefits. Includes 401k and pension. Great company culture. Very family oriented.

Cons

In a 2016 deal, Venezuela offered Russia 49.9% of Citgo as collateral for a $1.5 billion loan. PDVSA parent company sanctioned by OFAC. Company could be put up for sale in 2020.
